The Role In a Nutshell
This isn't a sit at the back of the class job. You will be a mentor and a guide for students (ages 6-19) with Autism, ADHD, and complex physical disabilities. You'll help them manage sensory overload, support them through their personal care routines, and celebrate every tiny victory as they prepare for adulthood.
