Who You Are
We are looking for someone who gets it: someone who understands that patience and empathy are just as important as academic support.
- Experienced: You have a solid track record of supporting young people with SEN.
- Communicative: You can connect with students, staff, and parents with ease and clarity.
- Safety-First: You have a rock-solid understanding of safeguarding protocols.
- Mobile: Crucial Requirement: Due to our beautiful but remote rural location, you must have a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Local: Please note, we are currently unable to sponsor overseas candidates.
