SEN TA – Lambeth – September

SEN TA - Contract role starting in September.
- £100 a day with ongoing professional development and supportive leadership.
- Work within a caring, inclusive environment where staff wellbeing and collaboration are highly valued.
- Be part of a school recognised as Good by Ofsted, with a strong commitment to high-quality teaching and inclusion.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, speech and language, and learning needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions and classroom support.
- Help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to promote an inclusive learning environment.

The school has approximately 226 pupils on roll, around 20% of pupils receive SEN Support, almost 9% have an EHCP, and there is a specialist resourced provision for pupils with SEMH needs.
The successful SEN TA will have previous experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting, excellent communication skills, patience, resilience and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
