Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term:time only)

Candidate Requirements

While Direct SEN Experience Is Highly Beneficial, The School Proudly Welcomes Applications From Candidates With Practical, Transferable Care Backgrounds Who Possess The Right Mindset

  • Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent) is required.
  • Eligibility: A valid right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Core Traits: You must be inherently resilient, committed, patient, and nurturing.
  • Experience: Experience with Autism, speech and language difficulties, or youth support is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing tailored 1:1 interventions, small group support, and whole:class assistance for neurodiverse learners.
  • Helping students navigate educational anxiety, communication obstacles, and sensory needs.
  • Collaborating with the classroom teacher to implement creative, interactive learning plans.
  • Maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
