SEN Teacher

Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs reach their full potential? A well-regarded specialist school in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead small classes and deliver personalised learning for pupils with complex needs, for a full-time role.

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. Working alongside a team of specialist staff, you will help pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience.

Pupils may have:

  • Autism or other neurodivergent profiles
  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural challenges
  • Communication and interaction difficulties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEND
  • Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to meet pupils' needs
  • Track pupil progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
