SEN Teacher (Hybrid Outreach) London Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider seeking passionate SEN Teachers to support children and young people with additional needs who are unable to access mainstream education. This is a rare opportunity to combine face-to-face teaching with a flexible working model, while making a genuine difference to vulnerable learners.

SEN Teacher The Role
- Deliver personalised teaching and intervention programmes to students with SEND
- Support learners who may be experiencing barriers to education, including Autism, SEMH needs, anxiety, and EHCP-related needs
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning profiles
- Monitor progress and contribute to educational planning and reviews
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and professionals involved in each learner's education
SEN Teacher What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, Alternative Provision, or specialist education settings.
