Are you a passionate teacher looking to build a rewarding career supporting autistic children and young people to reach their full potential?
Would you like the flexibility to teach within an age phase that matches your experience and interests, from Early Years through to Post-16?
Do you thrive in an environment where therapeutic practice, specialist teaching and personalised learning come together to create exceptional outcomes?
A highly regarded specialist SEN school in North West London is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teachers to join its expanding team this September. Opportunities are available across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form, allowing successful applicants to teach within the age group that best suits their experience and preference.
The school supports autistic pupils aged 4-19, many of whom have additional learning needs, speech, language and communication differences, sensory processing needs and varying levels of learning disability. Every pupil follows an individualised curriculum built around their EHCP outcomes, with a strong emphasis on communication, independence, emotional regulation and preparation for adulthood.
Teaching takes place within small classes supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, enabling staff to deliver highly personalised learning and develop meaningful relationships with every pupil. The school follows evidence-based autism practice, using structured teaching approaches, visual communication systems and low-arousal environments to maximise engagement and promote independence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
