Cert Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Special School for two experienced KS1 SEN Teachers to join their dedicated team on a full-time temporary basis from September 2026 until December 2026.

Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of primary-aged pupils with additional needs. There is also the potential for the successful candidates to be offered a permanent position with the school following the temporary placement.

The Role

You will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 1 pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, delivering engaging, personalised lessons that support each child's academic, social and emotional development. You will be working within ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) classes, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
