SEN Teacher Opportunity in Oldbury
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive special school in Oldbury for a full-time SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

This exciting opportunity involves teaching a Key Stage 5 class of students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The successful candidate will be committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment, enabling every student to reach their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have previous experience teaching within a special educational needs (SEN) setting.
- Have experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
- Be confident in planning and delivering differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and strong communication skills.
- Be passionate about helping young people develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You Will Be Doing
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
- Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
