Salary: GBP32,916 to GBP45,352 per annum (M1 : M6 scale, depending on experience)

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire (Commutable from Leicester, Coventry, Nuneaton, and Rugby)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Term-Time Only

Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you a passionate teacher looking to escape the rigid constraints of the mainstream classroom?

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and committed SEN Teacher specialising in Maths and Science to join an innovative, forward-thinking alternative education provider in Hinckley.

If you believe that education should be holistic, personalised, and relationship-driven rather than data-obsessed, this is the environment where you can truly thrive. We strip away the red tape so you can focus on what matters most: inspiring, supporting, and transforming young lives.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will leave behind 30+ student lecture halls. Instead, you will work with vulnerable and neurodivergent learners aged 7-19 in small groups or on a highly rewarding 1:1 basis.

Delivering an engaging, flexible Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 curriculum, you will co-design innovative, multi-sensory learning experiences tailored to each child's unique interests, needs, and pacing. Your primary focus will be rebuilding academic confidence, improving engagement, and helping young people progress socially, emotionally, and academically.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
