A Career With Purpose: Supporting Autistic Learners
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Package: Competitive Salary + Comprehensive Benefits + Professional Qualification Path
Do you have a natural ability to connect with others? Are you looking to move away from a corporate desk job or a high-stress environment into a role where your emotional intelligence is your greatest asset?
We are looking for Trainee Teachers to join our specialist team in Cranleigh. This is more than a teaching job; it is an opportunity to provide life-changing support to children and young people on the autism spectrum.
Why This Role is Different
We don't expect you to have a background in education. We are looking for life experience, empathy, and the desire to learn.
- 1:1 Impact: You won't be managing a class of 30. You will work closely with individual pupils, celebrating every milestone—no matter how small.
- Professional Evolution: We provide a structured, fully funded training program in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). You will gain a professional toolkit that is highly respected in the fields of education and psychology.
- A Collaborative Culture: You will work daily alongside experts, including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, in a supportive, low-ego environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
