Prospero Teaching is working with an independent school in the Salisbury area to recruit a passionate and committed SEN Teacher (QTS) for a September start. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-resourced setting that provides tailored education for pupils with a range of additional learning needs.

The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and structured learning environment where pupils are supported to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. With smaller class sizes and a personalized approach to education, staff are able to build strong relationships with pupils and make a meaningful impact on their progress.

This role would suit a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider support teams
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
  • Promote engagement, confidence, and independence
  • Follow safeguarding and school policies consistently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
