What You'll Do
- Collaborate on curriculum design to meet students' diverse educational and social needs.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning targets.
- Monitor and report on student progress, participating in reviews of Statements, EHC plans, and PEPs.
- Stay updated on autism-related best practices to enhance teaching approaches.
- Support students' individual needs in a non-confrontational and inclusive manner.
