Qualified SEN Teacher: Cranleigh Based Specialist School
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated QTS Teacher with a passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Key Requirements And Responsibilities
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who meets the following essential criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Ability to design, plan, and deliver highly differentiated and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles and abilities.
- A positive, patient, and resilient approach to working with children who may present with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- A full, clean driving licence and the ability to drive are essential for this role, as there may be requirements for educational visits and off-site activities.

The Role
As a Class Teacher, You Will
- Lead a class and work closely with dedicated support staff, including Teaching Assistants and a multi-disciplinary therapy team.
- Develop and implement personalised educational and support plans (e.g., EHCPs).
- Monitor, record, and analyse student data to track progress and inform future planning.
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and effective learning environment where every young person can achieve their potential.
- Participate in practical and theoretical training, including positive behaviour support techniques.
