SEN Teacher
Are you a qualified teacher who extensive SEN/SEMH experience? Perhaps you are looking for a permanent post in a specialist school? I am working with a trust who are looking to appoint a SEN teacher for their specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
- You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
- Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement.

About you:
- Must have QTS.
- Experience working in a specialist school or with SEN pupils.
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

- Permanent role.
