What shall you're role as an SEN Teacher - Outstanding SEN School will entail:

Working under the current Schools SENCO Supporting EHCP applications Providing additional 1:1 & group SEN Interventions Working alongside a range of professionals Working in a brand new site after the school has expanded to three different sites Working & supporting parents and colleagues Teaching SEN children in small groups Setting up provisions for SEN children Focus on increasing the quality of learning & provisions for SEN children at the school
