SEN Teacher
Swift Education is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist Secondary SEN School in Bethnal Green.
The school supports pupils aged 11–16 with a range of additional needs, including ASC, speech and language difficulties and SEMH needs.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Teaching small groups of pupils across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Supporting pupils with a range of complex learning and behavioural needs
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider SEN team
- Creating a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment

About You
- QTS, QTLS or an overseas teaching qualification
- Experience working with pupils with SEN is highly desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting young people
- Confident working within a specialist school environment
