Brent based primary school: Commencing September 2026

Full-Time Role in Reception Class or Year 1 Class Depending on Your Experience

Your Role As SEN Teaching Assistant

  • You'll guide young learners, sometimes 1:1, sometimes in small groups, helping children with special needs discover confidence and curiosity through learning.
  • You'll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for gifted pupils to learn.
  • You'll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.

  • You find joy in teamwork and take pride in showing up on time every day ready to make a difference and learn something new daily.
  • You have experience supporting children with autism and know how to stay calm in challenging situations.
