Location: East London (Barking & Dagenham Area)
Pay: £100–£125 per day
Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 16:00
Start Date: September 2026
Trial Days: Available from next week
Rising Hope Education is delighted to be recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join an outstanding specialist SEND provision in East London from September 2026.
The school supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication needs, and associated learning differences. The school provides a nurturing, therapeutic, and highly personalized approach to education.

We are seeking enthusiastic, resilient, and caring individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them to achieve their full potential.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including autism and complex learning needs
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist practitioners
- Supporting learning, communication, emotional regulation, and independence skills
- Delivering personalized interventions and adapting support to meet individual needs
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children, young people, or adults with additional needs
- Experience supporting SEND, autism, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD is highly desirable
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inclusion and making a positive difference

What We Offer
- Competitive daily rates of £100–£125 per day
