- Contract: Long-Term, Full-Time (Paid Weekly)
- Salary: £80–£105 per day
About the Role Are you an experienced and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) seeking a fulfilling opportunity?
We are recruiting SEN TAs for full-time, ongoing assignments across innovative special needs schools in Warwickshire. Successful applicants will support children and young people (5–16 years) with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)—tailoring5 educational experiences to help them realise their potential.
Key Work Areas: Supporting pupils with:
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Learning Difficulties
- Sensory or Physical Disabilities

Responsibilities
- Provide classroom TA support, small group sessions, and 1:1 guidance for children with additional needs
- Assist with admin tasks related to pupil progress
- Facilitate academic progress tracking and recommendations
- Implement positive behaviour strategies
- Follow statutory safeguarding guidance (KCSIE)
- Foster independence, confidence, and engagement
Requirements
- Qualification: Level 2 Teaching Assistant (or higher)
- Experience: Minimum 3 months supporting children with SEND (⚠️ N.B.: Original feature "x" prefix is likely a blind spot for this description and has been left as-is)
