SENCo | Bromley | September

Are you an experienced SENCo looking to join a primary school with a strong reputation for inclusion, pastoral support and pupil development? This permanent SENCo opportunity from September 2026 offers the chance to lead SEND provision within a highly regarded Bromley primary school known for its nurturing environment and strong academic outcomes.

This SENCo role is based within a school where inclusion sits at the centre of school life. Leaders have developed strong SEND systems, targeted interventions and collaborative working relationships with families and external agencies to ensure pupils receive consistent and personalised support throughout their education journey.

The successful SENCo will oversee EHCP provision, intervention planning and SEND strategy across the school while working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and outside professionals. Staff benefit from supportive leadership, strong parental engagement and a collaborative whole-school approach to inclusion and pupil wellbeing.

  • Be passionate about inclusive education and pupil progress
