🌟 SENCO (Early Years)🌟

📍 Trilakes Nursery and Preschool

🕑 38 or 40 hours over 4 days

💷 Up to £14.60 per hour

🚀 ABOUT US:

We don’t mean to brag... but we’re kind of a big deal! 😉

Trilakes Nursery is part of the Attraction Nurseries family — a fast-growing childcare group delivering high-quality early years education across the UK.

At our Sandhurst setting, we create nurturing, inspiring environments where children can explore, learn, and grow every single day.

In short, we help children have the best possible start in life — and that means making sure every child is supported, included, and able to thrive 💛

Right now, we’re growing — investing in our people and strengthening our SEND provision.

Our ethos says it all:

Happy Children. Happy Parents. Happy Staff.

💡 THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a brilliant SENCO to lead and champion inclusive practice across the nursery.

This isn’t your average SENCO role.

You’ll be:

  • Hands-on with children
  • Supporting and coaching your team
  • Making a real, visible difference every single day

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading SEND provision across the nursery
  • Supporting children with additional needs to thrive
  • Coaching practitioners on inclusive practice
  • Building strong relationships with families
  • Working with external professionals (health visitors, LA, specialists)
  • Managing support plans, observations, and next steps
  • Keeping documentation accurate and compliant

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
