Every Child Deserves the Chance to Join In

Location: Haslemere, Guildford & Ewhurst, Surrey

Salary: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

Hours: 7.5 hours every Saturday during term time, plus up to 7 additional hours per week during school holidays

Contract: Part Time | Permanent | Job Share Considered

Looking for a role that genuinely makes a difference?

Some jobs are about earning a wage, others give you something much more rewarding.

At F6IT, every Saturday is an opportunity to help children and young people with additional needs experience the joy, confidence and sense of belonging that every child deserves.

Whether it's seeing a child take part in an activity they never thought possible, watching friendships develop, or helping families enjoy quality time together without barriers, this is a role where you'll leave every session knowing you've made a real difference.

If you're passionate about inclusion, enjoy leading people, and have experience supporting children and young people with additional needs and disabilities, we'd love to hear from you.

About F6IT

F6IT (pronounced fit) is a growing Surrey-based charity dedicated to creating inclusive recreational opportunities for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to take part in fun, engaging and enriching activities regardless of the challenges they face.

Our sessions are carefully designed to create safe, welcoming environments where children can build confidence, develop independence, make new friends and simply enjoy being children.

At the same time, we provide families with the opportunity to connect with others who understand their journey, creating a genuine sense of community and belonging.

Our work changes lives, not through grand gestures, but through consistent, meaningful experiences that families look forward to every week.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised SEND Activity Coordinator to lead the safe and successful delivery of our activity sessions across Surrey.

Based primarily at The Edge Leisure Centre in Haslemere, you'll also support sessions at our other accessible venues in Guildford and Ewhurst as required.

Working closely with our Operations Manager, coaches and volunteers, you'll become the key person responsible for ensuring every session runs smoothly, safely and professionally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
