Affiliation with the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018 – Applicable to this role.

We seek a dedicated and compassionate SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Administrative Assistant to administer and coordinate Special Educational Needs provision.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Empathy, professionalism, and exceptional organisational skills.
- The ability to deliver administrative processes with both efficiency and sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:

Communicating clearly and professionally with:
- Pupils
- Parents/carers
- Staff
- External agencies

Maintaining accurate and well-presented administrative records.

Supporting Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) administration, ensuring full compliance and adherence to deadlines.

Taking clear, concise notes during meetings, including:
- Annual reviews
- Multi-agency collaborations

Assisting in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and procedural materials.

Ensuring all paperwork meets a high professional standard and is securely stored in compliance with data protection regulations.
