Purpose

This role will focus on:

  • Supporting young people aged 16-24 with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
  • Guiding participants towards EET (Education, Employment or Training) outcomes via:
    • Personalised, strengths-based support
    • One-to-one coaching and practical assistance

As the SEND Navigator, your responsibilities include:

  • Helping young people identify career goals
  • Overcoming barriers to progression
  • Developing workplace and employability skills
  • Facilitating meaningful transitions aligned with participants’ Career Action Plans
