Purpose
This role will focus on:
- Supporting young people aged 16-24 with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
- Guiding participants towards EET (Education, Employment or Training) outcomes via:
- Personalised, strengths-based support
- One-to-one coaching and practical assistance
As the SEND Navigator, your responsibilities include:
- Helping young people identify career goals
- Overcoming barriers to progression
- Developing workplace and employability skills
- Facilitating meaningful transitions aligned with participants’ Career Action Plans
