At Stanmore College, we believe every learner deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our SEND provision offers personalised learning in a supportive and inclusive environment, helping learners develop the confidence, independence, and practical skills needed for adulthood, further education, employment, and everyday life.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Lecturer who can inspire learners with a wide range of additional needs through engaging, individualised teaching. Working closely with students, families, and colleagues, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support each learner's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes while celebrating their strengths, aspirations, and achievements.
Join Us at an Exciting Time
Stanmore College is entering a transformative period, supported by a £60 million redevelopment investment that will create a modern, sustainable campus for learners, staff, and the wider community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
