SEND Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent Role

Location: Wisbech

Salary: £29,000 - £44,000 per annum

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Sector: SEN / Therapeutic Education


Leader Group is proud to partner with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate Teachers and Support Staff. We are currently seeking an outstanding SEND Teacher in Wisbech.


About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join a specialist team supporting students with:

  • Social, emotional, and mental health challenges
  • Communication difficulties
  • Trauma-related behaviours
  • ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
  • Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Setting, marking, and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.
  • Supporting pupils in developing a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who:

  • Is passionate about working with students with SEND.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in a SEND environment or similar provision.
  • Holds QTS or QTLS (qualification essential).
  • Is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
