SEND Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent Role
Location: Wisbech
Salary: £29,000 - £44,000 per annum
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Leader Group is proud to partner with a renowned Therapeutic Education Service provider to recruit passionate Teachers and Support Staff. We are currently seeking an outstanding SEND Teacher in Wisbech.
About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join a specialist team supporting students with:
- Social, emotional, and mental health challenges
- Communication difficulties
- Trauma-related behaviours
- ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)
Responsibilities will include:
- Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
- Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Setting, marking, and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.
- Supporting pupils in developing a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively.

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone who:
- Is passionate about working with students with SEND.
- Has 2+ years of experience in a SEND environment or similar provision.
- Holds QTS or QTLS (qualification essential).
- Is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
