Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs?
We are working with a highly regarded specialist education provider in Hampshire that supports children and young people with Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs), attachment difficulties and associated challenging behaviours. The setting offers small class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios and a therapeutic approach to learning.
We are looking for caring, resilient and proactive Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join the team immediately and for September starts.

The Role
- Supporting students both academically and emotionally
- Working within small class groups
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Supporting behaviour strategies and individual learning plans
- Helping students access education and achieve positive outcomes
- Working closely with teachers and wider support staff
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH, care or youth work backgrounds
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour
- A genuine passion for helping vulnerable young people succeed
- A Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)

Requirements
- ✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to transfer/register immediately)
- ✅ Right to Work in the UK
- ✅ Ability to provide references covering the last 2 years
