Primary SEND Teaching Assistant Nurturing Every Milestone

Role: SEND Teaching Assistant (Primary)

Location: Lichfield and Surrounding Areas

Salary: GBP88.92 - GBP100 Per Day

Contract: Fixed Term

Can you be the calm in a child's busy school day?

For a child with additional needs, the jump into primary school can be overwhelming. We are seeking a patient, creative, and nurturing SEND Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Tamworth. You will be the go-to person for a child (or small group) with needs such as Autism (ASD), Speech and Language delays, or Global Developmental Delay (GDD).

This is your chance to use play, patience, and visual aids to turn a can't do into a can do.

What's in it for you?

The Lightbulb Moments: Experience the pure joy of seeing a child finally master a skill they've been working on for weeks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
