Pink Tile Education is recruiting on behalf of a specialist autism and SEND school in Cranleigh for compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their permanent team.
Working with children and young people aged 5-19, you will support pupils with autism, complex learning needs and social communication difficulties, helping them access education, develop independence and achieve their individual goals.

The Role Includes
Supporting students within small class groups Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff Assisting with personal care where required

Experience within education, care, coaching, youth work, support work or residential care is highly desirable but not essential.
Requirements
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK Ability to commute to Cranleigh
