A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Islington is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their specialist ASD provision. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment where staff are valued and pupils are at the heart of everything.

The Role

  • Full-time SEND Teaching Assistant within a dedicated ASD unit
  • Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting with learning, communication, and social development
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support team
  • Immediate start through to July, with the potential to continue into the new academic year
