About This Role
St Charles are looking for an enthusiastic SEND teaching assistant to join our team, working for 16 hours and 15 minutes per week in the mornings.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Working with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
- Giving support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement

If you are a caring and supportive Teaching Assistant who is committed to getting the best outcomes for pupils then we want to hear from you. You will be able to build effective working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will adapt their approach to meet the needs of all pupils.
