Can you be the guiding light for a child's first steps in education?
Every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and capable. We are looking for a patient and nurturing SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Tamworth. You will be working with children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 who have additional needs such as ASD, GDD (Global Developmental Delay), or Speech and Language difficulties.
This isn’t just about getting through the lesson: it’s about using play, patience, and creativity to help a child navigate their world.
What’s in it for you?

- Work-Life Balance: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm hours, allowing you to reclaim your evenings.
- Weekly Pay: Competitive rates paid every Friday via Randstad.
- A Foot in the Door: Perfect for those looking to progress into Educational Psychology, Speech Therapy, or Primary Teaching.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
