SEND TA – Primary School in Basildon Start Date: September 2026 | Full-Time | Long-Term / Permanent Opportunity
Are you a versatile, flexible and adaptable SEND TA with excellent communication skills, ready to support pupils with additional needs? Ribbons & Reeves are working with a warm, inclusive Primary School in Basildon seeking a committed SEND TA to join their nurturing, child-centred support team.

The Role As a SEND TA, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
- Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility
- Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and wider support team

- Support behaviour, engagement, and confidence in the classroom

This SEND TA role requires someone who is calm, patient, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Previous experience in a SEND TA role or similar support capacity is essential.
