SEND Tutor - Inclusive Education & Alternative Learning Support
Location: Oxfordshire
Pay Rate: £30-£42 per hour
Contract Type: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

The Role
As a SEND Tutor, You Will
- Deliver tailored one-to-one or small-group tuition that meets individual learning needs
- Design engaging lessons that promote confidence, independence, and academic progress
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and abilities
- Monitor learner development and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate progress records and written reports
- Prioritise safeguarding, wellbeing, and learner welfare at all times
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, local authorities, and other professionals to support positive outcomes

What We're Looking For
We're Keen To Hear From Candidates Who
- Are qualified teachers or experienced SEND practitioners
- Have experience supporting learners with a range of SEND needs
- Have worked within primary, secondary, further education, or alternative provision settings
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding best practice
- Possess excellent communication, organisational, and written reporting skills
- Are passionate about helping learners overcome barriers and reach their full potential
