Platform: PC / Steam Engine: Unity Availability: Full-time or Part-time (Remote)

Quick Note About Compensation This role operates on a revenue-share basis rather than a fixed monthly salary. We are a small, independent studio currently developing our first PC titles for Steam, and we follow a simple, transparent model:

  • You contribute to the project
  • Once the game launches
  • You receive your agreed share of the revenue

This is not a co-founder position and does not include large equity — it’s a clear and fair collaboration model for experienced artists who enjoy building games within a focused, agile team.

About Us We are TINK TEAM LTD, a UK-based technology company and independent game development studio. We are currently developing multiple Mobile-Ready PC game projects in parallel, with a strong focus on high-quality 3D gameplay, scalable production pipelines, and modern Unity workflows. Each project is led by a dedicated Senior 3D Artist, responsible for defining and executing the visual direction.

Role Overview As a Senior 3D Artist, you will take full ownership of the visual direction of one project — from early style definition to final in-engine presentation. You will work closely with developers and other contributors, ensuring artistic consistency, production efficiency, and performance across the entire project. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both create and guide.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
