About Nteractive
SENIOR 3D DESIGNER
Location: Surrey, UK (Hybrid - 1 day a week)
At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. Whether it’s global events, internal communications, or transformative campaigns, we help some of the world’s biggest brands connect with their people in extraordinary ways. And none of that happens without the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
We are specialists in the technology sector. We create incredible live brand experiences – the sort that really make a difference. Experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more.
As a Senior 3D Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating event objectives and creative direction into tangible, three-dimensional experiences. From immersive installations and exhibition stands to stage sets and experiential activations, you’ll bring big ideas to life — anywhere the live event meets the physical form.
Working closely with a multi-disciplined creative team, you’ll be involved in every stage of the design process, shaping and delivering world-class creative work for some of the biggest brands on the planet.
What You'll Be Doing
As Senior 3D Designer, you’ll lead the creative and technical design process from concept through to production, ensuring that every physical space is as beautiful as it is functional. You’ll push creative boundaries, while maintaining precision and attention to detail in everything you deliver.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the 3D design process from brief and concept development through to production and delivery.
- Translate creative strategy and event objectives into compelling, immersive spatial experiences.
- Conceptualise and visualise design ideas — from sketches and mood boards to detailed technical drawings.
- Manage and mentor other 3D designers, both internal and freelance, ensuring consistent creative quality.
- Collaborate with 2D, digital, and motion designers to deliver cohesive, multi-layered experiences.
- Present concepts confidently to internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Oversee drawings, floor plans, visuals, and construction specifications with a strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with suppliers and fabricators to ensure creative vision and technical feasibility align.
- Stay ahead of emerging design, architecture, and technology trends to inform innovative solutions.
- Continuously seek to improve creative quality, learning from feedback and evolving best practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
