Ready to elevate our creative output and help shape the future of our integrated design offering.

As a Senior 3D Motion Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life through compelling 3D motion and visual storytelling, working closely with design, concept, and wider teams. You’ll help create work that feels fresh, thoughtful, and impactful across a range of projects and clients.

You’ll take the lead on creative briefs, shaping and evolving ideas into high-quality motion work that not only delivers but pushes boundaries. While 3D motion and animation will be your core focus, you’ll also flex across broader integrated design, from digital and social to print and static, bringing a consistent, elevated standard to everything you create. Your passion for craft and instinct for strong brand expression will ensure your work always feels cohesive, purposeful, and built to stand out.

Collaboration is at the centre of this role. You’ll partner with designers, copywriters, and project managers to shape bold ideas and bring them to life, confidently showcasing and championing your work to both colleagues and clients. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships along the way, playing a key role in client conversations and helping to push our creative thinking further every time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
