This role can be performed remotely from the following countries: Turkey, Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, and the UK, with approximately 20% travel required to Turkey and the Balkans region.

About The Job

You'll develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies for your assigned area, establishing clear objectives and performance standards that drive commercial success across all sourcing methodologies.

  • We'll look to you to lead strategic availability management frameworks that optimize inventory control and distribution, maximizing revenue opportunities while balancing the needs of multiple regions.
  • You'll analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to implement offers roadmap and availability decisions in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the Accommodation Product and Sourcing Director, you'll align revenue management strategies with broader commercial objectives to ensure an integrated approach to hotel partner management.
  • You'll establish and maintain strategic relationships with key hotel chains and partners at a senior level, creating long-term partnerships that deliver mutual commercial success.
  • Leading a team of Accommodation Revenue Team Managers and Revenue Managers, you'll foster a proactive culture focused on commercial excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Have proven experience in revenue management or commercial leadership roles within the travel industry, demonstrating your ability to drive strategic commercial outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking capability allows you to translate commercial vision into actionable plans that deliver tangible results.
  • Possess advanced commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision making that optimizes revenue opportunities.
  • With outstanding communication and influencing skills, you can operate effectively at all levels of the organization and manage complex commercial relationships.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams toward achieving ambitious commercial goals.
  • You bring excellent written and verbal English language skills to effectively communicate complex revenue strategies across the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of working time
