This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is a strategic marketing leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling account-based growth initiatives for a leading technology platform.
The role is designed for a creative, data-driven marketer who can turn market insights into meaningful engagement with high-value accounts.
You will develop personalized campaigns, create impactful experiences, and build stronger connections with established consumer app businesses.
Working closely with sales, content, product marketing, events, and revenue operations teams, you will shape the next generation of ABM strategy.
The position combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and innovative AI-powered workflows to create high-quality pipeline opportunities.
You will have significant ownership in a remote-first environment where creativity, experimentation, and measurable impact are highly valued.
Accountabilities
- Build and scale the strategic account engagement engine by identifying, prioritizing, segmenting, and activating high-value target accounts across relevant consumer app categories.
- Develop deep account insights by analyzing business models, monetization strategies, product challenges, market signals, hiring trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create innovative 1:1 and 1 ABM campaigns that deliver personalized, valuable experiences rather than traditional broad marketing approaches.
- Design account-specific plays, including personalized content, benchmark reports, landing pages, events, workshops, and executive engagement initiatives.
- Partner closely with sales teams to translate account insights into actionable strategies, improve conversations, and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Build and optimize AI-native go-to-market workflows for account research, campaign execution, reporting, personalization, and sales enablement.
- Establish and track ABM performance metrics, including target account engagement, meetings generated, opportunities created, assisted pipeline, and overall account quality.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, events, and revenue operations teams to create integrated account-based programs.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to improve positioning, messaging, and engagement strategies with larger accounts.
- Continuously refine ABM processes, frameworks, and campaigns to create a scalable and repeatable growth engine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
