Role Description The Senior Account Director drives revenue growth across both new business acquisition and strategic account development in the UK & Europe, acting as a trusted advisor to clients adopting Complify's GRC eLearning solutions. The role blends commercial thinking, relationship management, and solution design within a business that values entrepreneurial thinking, ownership, and pace.
- You’ll shape opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and help clients modernise their compliance training through dynamic, engaging learning.
- Key to success will be challenging the traditional eLearning delivery model, ensuring we meet the client expectations of customisation, design and LMS managed service with an agile, can do attitude.

Your Profile
- An existing strong network in the Compliance profession.
- Knowledge of eLearning is preferred.
- A self-starter who enjoys building client relationships.
- Able to adapt to small company environment, agile thinking, and challenging the status quo.
- You will be empowered commercially and so need good commercial acumen.
