Senior Account Director (CRM & Client Leadership)
Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote – Bristol area) Salary: Up to £65–£70k
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a growing customer engagement agency in search of a Senior Account Director to lead key client relationships and drive account growth.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll blend strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and team leadership to deliver CRM and marketing solutions—ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and commercial success
- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, budget-aligned, high-quality work
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and developing new initiatives
- Develop strategic campaign briefs and oversee execution across CRM channels (email, web, app, push) and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, data, development, campaign execution)
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to optimise performance and refine processes
- Mentor and develop account team members

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience at Account Director level in an agency environment
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and leading teams
- CRM expertise—familiarity with channels like email, web, app, push notifications, and loyalty principles
- Commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budget management and revenue growth
- Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable CRM and marketing campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leveraging data to inform marketing decisions
