This is an international luxury communications agency that connects HNW audiences to brands across property, design, travel, wellness and food & drink. For over two decades, this firm has operated at the intersection of luxury and culture - delivering intelligent, influential campaigns for some of the world’s most ambitious brands.

About the role

As this firm welcomes new clients to their portfolio, they are looking for a Senior Account Director to join the property, placemaking, architecture and design division. The ideal candidate will be a talented communications specialist with a firm understanding of the global real estate market and experience in an agency or in-house communications role. This is a unique opportunity to work with a collaborative team of creative and hard-working experts in their field, delivering global legacy campaigns for some of the most coveted industry names.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive innovative PR strategies that captivate audiences and achieve client goals
  • Client Relations: Be the trusted advisor for our elite clientele, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, as well as monitoring client monthly KPIs and ensuring targets are met
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel PR campaigns, from events to strategy proposals. Lead internal planning and brainstorming meetings to drive creative strategies
  • Organisation: You will ensure project deadlines, KPIs and budgets are met. Possess financial and commercial awareness and take responsibility for growing income and increasing profitability across the team
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and inspire a talented team of PR professionals, nurturing their growth and creativity. You will work alongside a Director, Account Director, Account Manager and Account Executive
  • Media Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, securing top-tier coverage across national news, property, architecture, design, lifestyle and trade sectors, as well as drafting and distributing press releases to key contacts
  • New Business: Drive new business opportunities and initiatives

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: You bring PR experience, with a background in real estate and/or architecture, design and placemaking, working in a past-paced in-house or agency environment
  • Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Connected: A solid media network that you know how to leverage to generate stellar coverage. You have a proven track record in securing high quality media coverage in top tier publications
  • Creative: You have a flair for storytelling and a knack for coming up with fresh, creative ideas. You have excellent writing skills with acute attention to detail
  • Strategic: You are a big-picture thinker who can align PR activities with business objectives and has strong digital PR knowledge as well as traditional press relations
  • Confident: Excellent client-handling skills and thrives in a client-facing role
  • Dynamic: You work well in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects with grace and efficiency
  • Passionate: Your enthusiasm for luxury brands and the real estate world is contagious
