Senior Account Director

Job Description The Senior Account Director is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering integrated client programs across multiple channels for premium accounts. This role involves engaging with senior client stakeholders to define long-term brand strategies, ensuring flawless execution and optimising revenue streams. It combines strategic foresight with high-level relationship management and hands-on delivery to achieve measurable business success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture executive-level partnerships with major clients, aligning their business goals while identifying scalable growth opportunities.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns on time, within budget, and consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Develop account strategies, set revenue targets, and define success metrics, while continuously monitoring performance to enhance ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams to design data-driven programs tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Forecast demand, assess resource capacity and pipelines, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance analytics to clients and internal stakeholders, translating insights into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage senior-level client relationships in complex environments.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and a track record of accelerating revenue through deal closure.
  • Strong C-suite-level communication and presentation expertise.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and simultaneously overseeing multiple programs.
  • Expertise in analytical thinking and data-driven decision making, with fluency in analytics tools and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and manage time-zone differences as required.
