Senior Account Director
At Bond we design, build, and manage creative and innovative solutions for our clients, all with the goal of helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. We are committed to delivering exceptional solutions that align with our clients' customer engagement objectives, driving measurable impact and fostering long-term relationships. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Director to lead on key client relationships, building and growing accounts, managing the account team, our delivery of work, and client profitability.
Location: UK (Bristol area)
- 3 years’ experience at Account Director level in an agency environment
- Good understanding of data use in influencing campaigns
- Demonstrable leadership qualities, managing teams, resources & client relationships
- An ideal candidate will have industry knowledge of CRM channels - email, web, push, app (behaviour & technical) and knowledge of CRM principles - affinity, loyalty, etc.
- Skilled in utilising tools such as timesheets, scheduling and forecasting tools

The Senior Account Director is responsible for leading and shaping the client account team working on either retained or project work for clients to ensure clients are growing and profitable. You'll be responsible for meeting the client's goals and organising resources to ensure work is delivered to a high standard, within budget and on time.
- Effectively lead your client account(s) so you are equal parts a client and strategic leader
- Revenue realisation and actively seeking development opportunities to deliver incremental value
- Develop strong client relationships by identifying their business and marketing needs for CRM/Data, Brand, Comms, DM, Planning and Digital
- Owning the management of client budgets and time sheet reconciliations, as well as other financial management and reporting
- Leading wash up and post campaign reviews in order to continually optimise processes and relationships
- Drive and inspire the Client Leadership and Delivery team members to drive their projects and overall effectiveness
- Leading collaboration with Design/Strategy/Data/Developers/Copywriters/Campaign Managers and more across the business
- Develop campaign and creative briefs for client sign off, creating campaign reports and case studies
- Driving strategic goals - work with the strategy team to interrogate client briefs and business challenges
- Managing the careers and performance/ development of peers
