Senior Account Director – Wholesale Voice

£65,000 Basic, £100,000 OTE

Based in Berkshire and South East

Our client is a National Fibre Wholesaler who have partnered with the UK’s biggest fibre networks as well as creating their own platform, in their quest to offer unbeatable reliability and best in class security to clients nationwide. Due to their rapid growth and phenomenal success, they are now looking to recruit an additional Senior Account Director.

Role Overview

The Account Director is responsible for leading strategic, high-value relationships with major wholesale partners. This role sits between Account Manager and Sales Director, acting as a senior commercial contact for large-scale accounts with multi-million revenue responsibilities. The Account Director will engage at C-suite level, presenting confidently to executive stakeholders and shaping long-term strategic plans that support our client’s growth ambitions. This includes driving adoption of wholesale services across Telco and SaaS-aligned offerings. Working in a flat structure with no direct reports, the Account Director influences through expertise, collaboration, and commercial insight. You will take ownership of 1–2 large accounts, maintaining strong senior relationships and ensuring you deliver value, clarity, and long-term partnership performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
