Working with some of the biggest names in the food & drink and hospitality world, this award-winning full-service agency is looking for a Senior Account Director to take on senior leadership across major world renowned client accounts.
The Role:
You'll operate with real autonomy, owning client relationships, commercial planning and strategic direction with limited senior oversight. This is a role for someone ready to take full ownership of their accounts, shaping recommendations that balance brilliant client outcomes with agency profitability, and leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex, high-profile campaigns from brief to evaluation.
You'll own annual account growth plans, approve scope and pricing before it reaches the client, and take accountability for commercial performance alongside delivery quality, timing and budget. Alongside this, you'll coach and develop more junior members of the client services team, delegating meaningfully rather than holding onto every detail, and contribute to how the wider client services function works and improves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The right candidate will bring strong agency account management experience, proven ability to lead significant client relationships and complex projects, and real commercial awareness across revenue, pricing, scope and risk. F&B experience is a real advantage.
You'll be a confident strategic thinker who builds trust with senior stakeholders in your own right, can simplify complexity into clear recommendations, and stays constructive and collaborative even under pressure.
Above all, you'll be someone actively building towards the next step up, with the ambition and judgement to grow a portfolio of business and develop leadership capability in those around you.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office (with flexibility around client needs), and comes with a strong benefits package including enhanced holiday and parental leave, plus genuine scope for progression at an agency going through an exciting period of growth.
