Senior Account Executive
Senior Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS Sales) – Based in the UK

About the Role
Discover an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise sales across Western Europe, helping businesses transform their customer experience through AI-powered solutions. In this fast-growth environment, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and deal closure—while building trusted relationships with senior executives and shaping a market-leading tech platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth and expanding market footprint.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions with measurable business impact.
- Enjoying significant autonomy and exposure to high-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development
- Identify and acquire enterprise clients across Western Europe, with primary focus on the French market.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a robust sales pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → qualification → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure).
Strategic Account Engagement
- Bridge the gap between AI/customer experience innovations and business objectives, crafting customised, value-driven solutions.
- Build long-term partnerships with C-level executives (e.g., SVP, VP, CFO) using a consultative, ROI-focused approach.
- Prepare and present compelling business cases and ROI models to justify investment in digital transformation.
- Respond effectively to RFPs, RFIs, and complex procurement processes.

Team Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to accelerate wins.
- Lead and participate in product demos, customer presentations, and industry events (e.g., trade shows, conferences).
- Maintain hyper-accurate CRM records, ensuring pristine forecasting and pipeline transparency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience
- Proven track record as a Senior/Enterprise Account Executive, with success selling SaaS or enterprise software.
- Customer experience, contact centre, or conversational AI industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-pound deals in B2B SaaS verticals.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic hunting mindset – Outperforming competition to secure new opportunities.
- Consultative sales expertise – Mastery of discovery, positioning, and negotiation with multi-stakeholder teams.
- Executive engagement – Comfortable interacting with VP-level and executive leadership.
- Self-discipline – Proven ability to work autonomously, remotely, and in high-pressure environments.
- CRM proficiency – Expertise with Salesforce or similar tools and lagged reporting.
- Multilingual:
- Fluency in French and English (an absolute must).
- Bonus: Spanish or German fluency.
