Make is a growing integrated digital agency in the heart of East London. Due to new client wins, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team.

As an SAE in our team, you’ll work closely on the day-to-day management of clients, executing brand strategies across a series of work—from social to websites, content production, and paid media.

We’re seeking someone who’s an excellent communicator, problem solver, and a proactive contributor with a genuine passion for the industry and delivering brilliant work.

Things we look for in a Senior Account Executive:

Experience & Client Management

  • 1+ year(s) experience in client services at a digital, social, or creative agency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience working with clients, nurturing quality relationships, leading client calls, and feeling comfortable presenting.
  • Account Communication: Experience leading client communications—including email correspondence, weekly calls, setting agendas, and follow ups.

Campaign & Project Execution

  • Campaign Management: Experience in briefing and ideation, supporting internal workflows, quality control and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills; highly organized, good at setting priorities, and following through.
  • Tools & Processes: Process-driven with a strong attention to detail and hands-on experience using Asana (or similar project management tools).
  • Nice to have: Influencer Partnerships: Experience managing and executing influencer partnership campaigns.

Commercials, Reporting & Innovation

  • Reporting & Analysis: Experience in performance reporting, analysis of results, and delivering data-driven insights to clients.
  • Financial Awareness: An understanding of financials and account management profitability.
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating AI into processes to increase efficiency, whilst knowing exactly when a human review is needed.
