At Solidus, we are shaping the financial markets of tomorrow by providing cutting-edge trade surveillance technology that protects investors, enhances transparency, and ensures regulatory compliance across traditional financial assets and crypto markets. With over 20 years of experience in developing Wall Street-grade FinTech, our team delivers innovative solutions that financial institutions and regulators worldwide rely on to detect, investigate, and report market manipulation, financial crime, and fraud. Headquartered in Wall Street, with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London, we safeguard millions of retail and institutional entities globally, monitoring over a trillion events each day. The Role: Solidus Labs is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell our cutting-edge, AI-powered trade surveillance and risk monitoring solutions. This role requires the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within both traditional financial markets (TradFi) and the evolving landscape of crypto and digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed a quarterly quota of new revenue generated through the sale of Solidus Labs products and services. Drive new business development within the European market, positioning Solidus Labs as the leading provider of compliance solutions for financial institutions. Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing. Articulate the value proposition of Solidus Labs' HALO platform, create and tailor sales materials (pitches, proposals, decks) for target clients. Effectively compete against established legacy vendors. Cultivate and expand relationships with senior-level stakeholders in compliance, risk, and trading at major financial institutions. Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape in both digital and traditional financial markets. Partner with internal teams, including product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success, to ensure seamless client engagement and deployment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
